Our hens are raised with access to pasture, producing beautiful eggs in a variety of natural shell colors, including shades of white, brown, blue, green, and speckled tones. Each carton contains mostly large eggs, though you may occasionally find a smaller egg mixed in—a natural reflection of a healthy, diverse flock.

Our eggs are collected daily, refrigerated immediately, and remain unwashed to preserve the egg’s natural protective bloom. This natural coating helps maintain freshness and quality when stored properly.

• When properly refrigerated, unwashed eggs can remain fresh for 3–6 months.
